12/23/2024, 08:11On December 16, a deal was made, as a result of which 45.08% of shares of Kyrgyz GIIZ OJSC (Kyrgyz Head Institute of Engineering Surveys) were transferred under the management of the State Agency for State Property Management (SAUGI) under the Cabinet of Ministers. The company informed the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange about it.
Earlier Akchabar reported that the state received 41.9% of the company's common shares. This transaction took effect on December 3-4.
Kyrgyz GIIZ OJSC is a leading company providing services in the field of engineering surveys. The organization carried out projects for major customers such as Kumtor Gold Company, Alliance-Altyn, Kulanak HPP, Gazprom, China Petroleum Engineering and others.
The company was corporatized in 1993 and for a long time remained completely private, without state participation.
