JSC “Ayil Bank” and the JSC “State Insurance Organization” signed the important memorandum of understanding which will be the basis for long-term and fruitful cooperation in the insurance and digitalization field. Tilek Alimdjanov, Chairman of the Board of the OJSC “Ayil Bank”, and Eldiyar Kaldarbekov, Chairman of the Board of the OJSC “State Insurance Organization” took part in signing the document.

The purpose of the memorandum is to strengthen and develop mutually beneficial cooperation aimed at improving the insurance services quality and introducing innovative digital solutions. Joint activities are planned in key areas: insurance of individuals and legal entities, insurance of financial risks, leasing, and the introduction of online policies via mobile applications and digital platforms.

The OJSC “Ayil Bank” actively promotes digitalization of its services striving to introduce modern technologies to improve customer experience. Under this memorandum, a digital platform for insurance services will be created to let customers quickly and conveniently issue, manage and obtain insurance policies online.

The signing of this agreement confirms the commitment of both agencies to strengthen partnerships and introduce advanced technologies. The memorandum will be an important step in the evolution of the insurance market and digital financial services in the Kyrgyz Republic, providing clients with modern and convenient access to insurance products.
