Free school buses are running in Novopavlovka and Orok settlements in Leninsky district.

There are 4 schools and 4 kindergartens in this district, but the majority of pupils, and there are more than two thousand of them, from the villages of Dacha-Su, Uchkun and Uchkun-2 have no opportunity to study locally due to the lack of schools. Therefore, they go to study at the school-lyceum ‘At-Bashi’ in Manas village, which is located at a distance of 3 to 7.5 kilometres. In this regard, the Lenin Akimat concluded a contract with the municipal enterprise ‘Bishkek City Transport’ for free transport of schoolchildren.

Transportation is provided for pupils from Dacha-Su, Uchkun and Uchkun-2 districts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., which ensures quality access to education without additional costs for the families of schoolchildren.
