According to the Ministry of Finance, in Kyrgyzstan, farmers' financing within the project on comprehensive improvement of the dairy sector productivity has been completed.  

A total of 4,400 farmers have received funding under the project.
Under the Revolving Fund component of the Integrated Dairy Sector Productivity Improvement Project, the World Bank approved financing of $9.6 million in April 2023. These funds have been distributed among farmers until 30 September this year.

A total of 4,439 farmers were financed for 574 million 480 thousand KGS due to this initiative. Most farmers received funding in the Naryn region - 1,595 thousand. They were given 206 million 955 thousand KGS. In second place are farmers of the Talas region (1,486) - 191 million 675 thousand KGS. And on the third place - Issyk-Kul region, 1,358 farmers received support for 175 million 850 thousand KGS.

This project is aimed at a dairy sector development and improvement of farmers' living standards in Kyrgyzstan.
