In terms of education, the lowest unemployment is observed among those with basic general (3%) and secondary vocational education (3.4%). At the same time, among people with incomplete higher education unemployment is 5.6%, and among secondary school graduates - 4.6%. As people grow older, the situation in the labour market changes: among citizens aged 35-39, this indicator drops to 2.7%.
Experts say that the main reason for high unemployment among young people is an active job search at the initial stage of employment when graduates of universities and colleges enter the labour market for the first time.
Young people also change their place of work more often in search of an optimal option, which explains the increased staff turnover level in this group. At the same time, many students try to combine study and work, which also affects employment statistics.
