02/12/2025, 08:42The Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has extended until December 31, 2025 the rules that allow industrial goods from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) to participate in public procurement.
Now the Eurasian Register of Industrial Goods (ERPT) can include 258 categories of goods, which covers more than seven thousand items. In order to get on this list, manufacturers need to obtain an ST-1 certificate, which confirms that the goods are produced in one of the EAEU countries.
Extension of these rules will help to develop industrial cooperation between the countries of the Union, increase the volume of local production and attract more investment.
More information on how to include goods in the register and submit an application can be found on the official website of the EEC in the section “Department of Competition and Public Procurement Policy”.
