The OJSC “Keremet Bank” has announced significant changes in its executive body. According to the decision of the Board of Directors made on September 20, 2024, two new deputy managers of the bank - Araylym Kaliyeva and Dmitry Shpilchin - have been appointed.

Kalieva and Shpilchin will take over the positions previously held by Kubanychbek Shapakov and Ruslan Sultanov. The newly appointed managers do not have a stake in the bank's authorized capital.

In addition, Dmitry Shpilchin previously held the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Board of O!Bank. However, his powers were terminated by the decision of the bank's Board of Directors on August 9.
