04/09/2025, 16:16Employees of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic together with experts of the Fuel Labelling Centre of Uchkun OJSC conducted a raid control, during which the sale of unlabelled diesel fuel was revealed at one of the filling stations in Batken oblast.
The total volume of unmarked fuel amounted to 12 thousand 689 litres, which is estimated at KGS 946 thousand 599. On the fact of the revealed violation the relevant acts were drawn up, and materials are currently being prepared for transfer to the territorial supervisory authority for further actions within the framework of the legislation.
The State Tax Service reminds that the sale of unlabelled fuel is contrary to the legal requirements of the Kyrgyz Republic. Sale of fuel without the necessary labelling can lead to consequences ranging from administrative to criminal liability.
