December 10 at the extraordinary meeting of shareholders of State Insurance Organization OJSC (SIO) decided to increase the authorized capital of the company by 150 million KGS. This is reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

As a result, the authorized capital reached KGS 1.1 bln.

The increase in the authorized capital will be realized by issuing 1.5 million common registered shares. The placement price of each share will be 100 soms. The shares will be placed by closed offer and distributed to the sole shareholder of the company - the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
