04/01/2025, 16:57The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic fined a citizen of the country and one microcredit company for carrying out activities without a licence and violating regulatory legal acts.
The Osh Regional Department of the National Bank imposed a fine of 17 thousand 500 KGS on a Kyrgyz citizen (M.Z.A.) for carrying out foreign currency cash exchange operations without a licence from the NB KR in Kara-Suu district of Osh region.
Also, a fine in the amount of KGS 55 thousand was imposed on one microcredit company located in Bishkek city for violation of the requirements of the KR legislation and regulatory legal acts of the National Bank.
