MBANK's new function - online enrolment in Central Registration Centres and polyclinics without queues and waiting time

The OJSC ‘Commercial Bank of Kyrgyzstan’ | MBANK launches a new service in the mobile application - Online Queue. With its help, MBANK users can pre-register at the Population Service Centres (PSC) and polyclinics, saving time and eliminating the need to stand in queues.

    HOW DOES IT WORK?

    Open the MBANK application.
Select ‘Services’ → ‘Public services’ → ‘Online queue’.
Specify the service you need: the centre or polyclinic.
Enter the required data, select a convenient time and confirm the entry.
Done! At the assigned time, your ticket number and the number of an operator will appear on the terminal screen in the Central Office. At the polyclinic, you should confirm the appointment at the reception desk by showing the digital ticket from the app.

    MAIN ADVANTAGES:

Saving of time. Users can book a queue without a physical presence, which is especially important in busy schedules.
Convenience. All registration takes place via the MBANK mobile app, and on the day of the visit, the user only needs to confirm the appointment at the CON or polyclinic.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE:

It is possible to make an appointment at the CON via the MBANK app for the term up to 7 days in advance. If the client already has an active appointment, the Tunduk system will not allow the creation of a new one. It is important to arrive on time, as the ticket will be displayed on the terminal screen in the TON only 15 minutes after the appointed time, and after that, the system will delete the appointment.

To make a doctor's appointment via MBANK, you can select a date up to 2 weeks in advance. The appointment will also be active for 15 minutes from the selected time. To confirm, you must go to the polyclinic reception and submit a digital ticket from the app.

‘The launch of the Online Queue function is a step towards simplifying the interaction of our customers with government and medical institutions. Now everyone can plan their time more efficiently and avoid long waits in queues. MBANK strives to make users‘ lives more convenient by offering access to key services directly from their smartphones,’ said Kubanych Shatemirov, Director of Digital Services and Acquiring Network Development at MBANK.

With the ‘Online Queue’ service, MBANK makes a significant contribution to the development of digital services, providing customers not only with the possibility of financial transactions but also with access to important social services.
