“O!Bank” has reported about staff changes in the management board

According to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, the OJSC “O!Bank” Board of Directors has decided to withdraw the chief accountant position from the Board.

Thus, the powers of Natalia Nesterenko as a member of the Board are terminated.

In addition, the Board of Directors decided to terminate the powers of the Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Board Dmitry Shpilchin.

The decision was taken on August 9, 2024.
