“Optima Bank” provided information on the payment of dividends for 2024, accrued on the results of the bank's activities for 2023. The corresponding data was sent to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

According to the submitted report, the total amount of accrued dividends amounted to 714 million KGS, and 33 shareholders had the right to receive them. However, most of the payments were distributed among seven shareholders, who received 693.76 million KGS, which is more than 97% of the total amount of dividends.

At the moment, the bank is still obliged to pay dividends in the amount of KGS 1.2 mln, which are due to 26 remaining shareholders. Non-payment is due to shareholders' failure to show up to receive the funds.
