The Trade Mission of the Kyrgyz Republic in Uzbekistan under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade visited the freeze-dried food production plant of the largest enterprise in Uzbekistan, BONAF LLC.

During the visit, the trade representative got acquainted with the technological production process and held talks with the plant's management. The main topic of discussion was the possibility of supplying frozen fruits from the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as fresh fruits in season.

The management of BONAF LLC noted the high quality of Kyrgyz products, which can serve as a basis for long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation. The Trade Mission continues to actively work to expand the export opportunities of Kyrgyz producers on the Uzbek market.

Sublimated products are products that have undergone a deep freezing process followed by vacuum sealing to remove moisture. This method allows preserving their taste, useful properties and long shelf life, which makes them in demand in the food industry, retail and HoReCa.
