Personnel records in State bodies are being digitised. Orders on hiring, dismissal, leave and other personnel documents will now be drawn up exclusively in electronic form.

Previously, personnel orders were duplicated on paper, which required time and resources. It is estimated that only annual leave orders for 300,000 budget employees used more than 1 million sheets of paper. Now this is a thing of the past - digitalisation will reduce costs and speed up processes.

The initiative was implemented by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic within the framework of the Presidential Decrees on the introduction of digital technologies in public administration and modernisation of document management.
