The prosecutor's office returned land worth KGS 88.2 million to the state

The Prosecutor's Office of the Moskovsky district of Chui oblast revealed 12 hectares of agricultural land in Tort-Gul aiyl aimag that was not registered in municipal ownership and had no documents. Because of this, the state did not receive income in the form of taxes, rent and investment payments.

As a result of the inspection, the prosecutor's office issued a response act, after which the lands worth KGS 88.2 million were transferred to municipal ownership.

The agency stressed that control over the use of lands will continue in order to exclude illegal possession and ensure their effective use in the interests of the state.
