The ruble has sagged against the dollar but strengthened against the euro. Central Bank rates

The Bank of Russia updated the official rates of foreign currencies to the Russian ruble as of 7 November.

According to the latest data, the dollar rate increased by 0.17% to 98.2236 rubles, while the euro sagged against the ruble by 1.10% to 105.7086 rubles.

In Kyrgyzstan, the ruble strengthened by 2.54%, reaching the level of 0.8964 KGS.
