The cooperative was also organised to provide jobs for local residents, contribute to the development of the regional economy, and create conditions for young people to live and work in rural areas. The cooperative has 28 member families.
The main focus of the cooperative is the cultivation of high-yield export varieties of strawberries on 32 hectares of land leased on a long-term basis from the state land fund. The main harvest is gathered in May–June and exported to the domestic market and to Kazakhstan and Russia in high-quality packaging and refrigerated. The farmers have also built a small daily regulation pool for irrigating the strawberry fields.
As a result of the merger, the cooperative was able to purchase a tractor fully equipped with agricultural implements and a Hyundai Porter refrigerated truck for storage and delivery of goods. During the season, the cooperative provides jobs for up to 50 people. In the future, the association aims to expand the strawberry plantation to 50 hectares, work with a cluster system, open a processing plant, obtain organic certification, train and attract young people to the region. It also plans to develop agritourism projects combining agriculture and domestic tourism.
