The State Tax Service received eight complaints from citizens and taxpayers about the work of employees. Of these, 7 appeals were submitted in writing and one in electronic form.

As of 1 April 2025, six appeals were considered, two are under consideration. As a result of verification of four appeals, the facts of violation were not confirmed. One appeal was transferred to the SCNB KR for legal assessment, and one more fact confirmed the violation.
As a result of the inspection, an employee of the territorial tax authority received a disciplinary penalty with a reprimand. In addition, in the first quarter of this year, based on the submissions of the General Prosecutor's Office and memos from the structures of organisations of the Central Administration of the State Tax Service, six official investigations were conducted. Two of them confirmed the facts of violation, one of them was unfounded, four of them remain at the stage of verification.

As a result, two employees of territorial bodies were subjected to disciplinary penalties: one was demoted and the other was severely reprimanded. It is important to note that among the complaints received there are no appeals with data on corruption violations on the part of tax authorities.
