Kara-Balta passenger road transport enterprise was decided to liquidate. This decision was made by shareholders at the extraordinary meeting on December 20.

Within the framework of the meeting, shareholders approved the final liquidation report and appointed the liquidator of the company. He became Gleb Pak, who will be in charge of finalizing all legal and financial processes related to the closure of the company.

The shareholders also decided to officially register the termination of the company's activity in accordance with the legislation.

The decision on liquidation was not supported by all shareholders - 87.77% of the meeting participants voted in favor of it. However, it was enough to meet the requirements of quorum and legitimacy of the decision.

Let us remind that the shareholders of the company are 105 people. According to the data as of the end of the third quarter of last year, the company completes its activities with a small loss of 29.1 thousand KGS.
