An agreement was signed in Bishkek between the Kyrgyz Republic and the British company ‘CONCRETE CANVAS’ on the construction of a plant for the production of flexible concrete sheeting. The plant will produce at least 5 million m² of products per year.

The flexible concrete web will significantly reduce cement consumption: only 5 tonnes of material instead of 100 tonnes will be needed to achieve the same result. This technology promises not only to speed up installation, but also to reduce the negative impact on the environment. Adylbek Kasmymaliyev emphasised that the project is an example of successful partnership between the state and business.

The Head of the Cabinet of Ministers expressed confidence that the new plant will become a catalyst for other investment initiatives in Kyrgyzstan, contributing to the development of new technologies and strengthening the country's economy.
