Kyrgyzstan has its own service for hotel booking

A new service Booklink - a digital platform designed for booking glamping, A-frame lodges, cottages and guest houses - has been launched in the tourism market of Kyrgyzstan. This innovative solution allows owners of tourist facilities to automate the process of receiving applications, minimizing the need for manual processing of reservations, phone calls and endless correspondence.

The main feature of Booklink is integration with Telegram: guests do not need to download a separate application, just follow the link, select available dates, fill out the form and make a prepayment. The owner receives a notification and confirms the booking in one click. The first users have already appreciated the convenience of the service - applications are received around the clock, even after hours.

Booklink solves the key problems of small travel business, including loss of applications, complexity of accounting and manual collection of prepayments. The simple interface requires no technical skills, and automation reduces the routine burden on owners. Now the service is actively expanding the network of connected facilities throughout Kyrgyzstan, and in 2025 plans to enter the markets of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia.

Among the planned innovations are analytics, feedback management and the introduction of artificial intelligence.
