In particular, 58,100 tonnes of diesel fuel and 46,900 tonnes of gasoline have been marked.
Since October, when fuel labelling became mandatory, the budget has received 513.3 million KGS of excise tax on fuels and lubricants. This is 117.5% more than in the same period last year.
Recall that mandatory labelling of imported and domestically produced gasoline and diesel fuel using molecular markers has been introduced in Kyrgyzstan since 1 October 2024. From 1 January 2025, the unmarked petrol and diesel fuel turnover will be prohibited.
