02/17/2025, 12:32At the end of November 2024, there were 109 microfinance organizations operating in Kyrgyzstan - 7 fewer than at the beginning of the year. Over the last five years, their number has decreased by 25 companies.
The market structure is dominated by microcredit companies, which account for almost 60% of all organizations.
However, it is this segment that shows the greatest decline: if at the beginning of 2024 there were 73 microcredit companies in the country, by the end of November there were 65 of them left. Since 2020, 22 companies of this type have ceased operations.
