Within the framework of the order of Bishkek Mayor Aibek Junushaliev, Deputy Mayor Ramiz Aliyev together with heads of city services held a meeting with owners of business entities of Osh Bazaars shopping mall.

During the meeting it was emphasised that now their owners will be responsible for sanitary norms of the adjacent territory of economic entities. According to the rules of improvement, they need to maintain cleanliness and order within a radius of 10 metres from their outlets.

Also their territories should correspond to fire safety requirements, so that in case of emergency special vehicles of the Ministry of Emergency Situations could get to the place of incident without hindrance.

The task is set: to provide spontaneous traders with places to work inside the market or to offer employment opportunities in the sphere of municipal economy.

The owners of economic entities were informed that currently 72 trading places are available at the vegetable market of ‘Osh Bazaars’ shopping mall and 7 at the dairy market. In turn, the municipal services have about 1.5 thousand vacancies that can be offered to traders.

In addition, the Municipal Inspection of Bishkek City Hall continues to inform spontaneous traders about the need to comply with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Within the framework of improving sanitary condition and ensuring safety, in the near future the city services will start cleaning the Ala-Archa riverbed along the Osh market and dismantling the objects installed in violation of the requirements of the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to the information of the State Tax Service Department for Leninsky District, 26 business entities are registered in the Osh Bazaars shopping mall.
