According to the results of the audit of compliance of budget execution for 2022 in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and its subordinate organisations, financial violations for 414 million 547.4 thousand KGS have been identified. 

Of this amount, 154 million 180 thousand KGS are subject to reimbursement. 78.2 million KGS has already been reimbursed.

The largest amount, 87 million 255.2 thousand KGS, which should be reimbursed, is related to violations in property utilisation. As of today, 72 million 842.3 thousand KGS have already been returned to the treasury.

In addition, 422.8 thousand KGS should be reimbursed to the state for violations committed during the preparation and consideration of the draft budget of the budget system, 41 million 626.7 thousand KGS - for violations in the execution of budgets of the budget system, 24 million 539 thousand KGS - for violations of accounting procedures and 336.3 thousand KGS - for violations of legislation in public procurement.

Based on the results of the audit, the relevant instructions and recommendations were issued.
