Class “A” trade warehouses that meet international requirements will appear in Naryn region. This was reported in the International Trade and Logistics Center “Atbashy”.

Their construction today is a necessity because e-commerce and foreign trade turnover is developing, and modern warehouses for cargo storage are only in Bishkek and Chui oblast, but they are all occupied. Rent on the market is expensive.

The Center said that negotiations with the world's largest marketplaces are underway. It is expected that after the completion of construction at the end of 2027, Atbashy warehouses will become a platform for storing goods of such giants as Ozon, Yandex Market, Alibaba, Pinduoduo, Taobao, Wildberries, Avito, Satu and others.

“MLTC Atbashy” will offer the market modern warehousing facilities at competitive prices, which will reduce logistics costs for businesses and stimulate economic growth. Given the status of a free economic zone and the availability of bonded warehouses, residents will be able to take advantage of tax benefits,” notes Esenbek Omurgaziev, General Director of Kara-Bulak LLC.
