Asphalt concrete laying works have been completed on the Osh-Batken-Razzakov motor road. 

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and SCNS head Kamchybek Tashiyev, Minister of Transport and Communications Absattar Syrgabaev, and other officials and residents, headed by Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in Osh oblast Elchibek Zhantaev, took part in the opening ceremony.

During the ceremony, the Head of the Ministry of Transport Absattar Syrgabaev noted that thanks to the support of President Sadyr Zhaparov, special attention is paid to the road sector. The Minister also emphasised that the ministry intends to accelerate the tasks implementation to improve road infrastructure. Earlier, the second layer of asphalt was laid on other sections. In addition, at the 63rd kilometre (Abshyr-Sai) and 43rd kilometre (Chili-Sai) of the same road, two bridges have been built and put into operation, and on the bridge at the 29th kilometre of the international highway (Kyrkol-Sai), 80% of the work has been completed.

A significant part of the road between kilometre 0 and 75 passes through Osh oblast - from Osh city (0-6 kilometres) through Kara-Suu (6-11 kilometres) and Nookat rayons (11-75 kilometres, including 38-41 kilometres through Nookat rayon).
