The Prosecutor's Office of Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek city during the inspection of compliance with the legislation in educational institutions it was found that 11 classrooms located on the territory of secondary school No. 67 with a total area of 751.2 square metres were illegally transferred to private ownership.

In response to this fact, on 10 April 2025, the district prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with the Sverdlovsk District Court of Bishkek to invalidate the ownership right. The case is currently under consideration.

A criminal case under article 336 (Corruption) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic has been initiated by the main department of the State Committee for National Security in Bishkek, and the investigation is under way.

The case is under control of the General Prosecutor's Office.
