The state pharmacy «El Aman» was opened on the basis of the Family Medicine Center №8 in Bishkek.

The network of state pharmacies «El Aman» cooperates with 30 foreign and local manufacturers and suppliers of medicines and medical devices.

The assortment in pharmacy outlets is more than 2 thousand 500 names of pharmaceutical products, depending on the specifics of the health care organization in which the pharmacy outlets are located, on the level of implementation and on the health care organizations. Retail prices in «El Aman» state pharmacies are on average 10—20% lower than in private pharmacy outlets of the country.

Also, on preferential prescriptions from the MHIF through «El Aman» pharmacies are sold medicines for the population at a discount from 50% to 100% depending on the prescription and the patient's disease.

“The opening of state pharmacies is a step in ensuring the availability of quality medicines for every resident of our country. We strive to create a network of pharmacies where medicines will not only be affordable, but also meet all quality standards. Today, the hundredth state pharmacy in the republic has been opened, and we have fulfilled the goal of completing the year with 100 functioning pharmacies throughout the country,” said Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Alymkadyr Beishenaliev.
