In Talas oblast, 6 milk processing enterprises are registered in the register: OJSC ‘Arashan’, CJSC ‘Talas-moloko’, LLC ‘Talas Daamy’, LLC ‘Emilia’, IE Torokulova, LLC ‘Ezhigei’.

Milk is sold at a price approved by the Ministry, depending on its fat content. For example, milk of 3.2 fat content will cost KGS 32 and 3.4 per cent - KGS 38.
Of the six milk-processing enterprises, four can export products within the EAEU, including to Russia.
Also, one closed joint-stock company exports its products to Uzbekistan. And three enterprises are registered in the register of China.
