On the territory of MTU «Maevka» installed video surveillance cameras in places where unauthorised dumps often occur. 

These measures are implemented on the instructions of Bishkek Mayor Aibek Junushaliev to eliminate such pollution of the urban environment.

Cameras have been installed in strategically important areas, including the intersection of Zhaparov Street and Molodaya Gvardiya Boulevard, Arychnaya Street behind the Zhantai livestock market, and the square at the intersection of Molodaya Gvardiya Boulevard and Shkolnaya Street.

Video surveillance will allow timely identification of violators engaged in unauthorised waste disposal from construction and sewing shops. The records from the cameras are analysed by the municipal inspectorate, which makes it possible to take appropriate measures within the framework of the current legislation.

The amount of fines stipulated by the Code of Offences is KGS 5 thousand 500 for individuals for the discharge of household waste, KGS 17 thousand for legal entities, KGS 7 thousand 500 for individual discharge of industrial and industrial waste, and KGS 23 thousand for organisations.
