Within the framework of the official visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov in Berlin, a meeting with the Federal President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier was held. The heads of state held talks in narrow and extended formats, discussing a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation and prospects for its further development.

The leaders of the two countries noted the importance of further development of ties in both bilateral and multilateral formats, expressing readiness to implement joint initiatives aimed at strengthening stability and sustainable development.

Within the framework of Sadyr Zhaparov's visit to Berlin, 17 bilateral documents were signed aimed at expanding cooperation in various areas, including education, health, energy, infrastructure and environment.

Sadyr Zhaparov also met with the Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz. The parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, including economic cooperation, development of green economy, implementation of infrastructure and energy projects.

The President of Kyrgyzstan also met with representatives of German companies, expressing readiness for an open and active dialog with German business and creation of necessary conditions for doing business in Kyrgyzstan.
