Before being renamed, the bank was called Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan OJSC. O!Bank OJSC was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on September 12, 2024, and received license #044 from the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic on September 17.
