36 tonnes of poultry meat returned to Kazakhstan due to violations

At the Ak-Tilek checkpoint, border veterinary control inspectors have discovered the EAEU veterinary and sanitary rules violation when importing cargo from Kazakhstan.

During the inspection, it was found that 36 tonnes of poultry meat were delivered without the necessary veterinary-accompanying documents, and in violation of sanitary requirements for transportation.

As a result, the inspectors drew up acts of return, and the entire cargo was sent back to Kazakhstan through the Ak-Tilek checkpoint. This decision was taken to comply with veterinary and sanitary standards and to protect Kyrgyz consumers from potentially low-quality products.
