    "Ak-Jol will give 3 hectares of land to the state voluntarily

    OJSC ‘Ak-Jol’ will hold an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on 3 December 2024. The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange's press service reports about it. 

    One of the main items on the agenda will be the voluntary transfer into the state ownership of a 3-hectare land plot.

    First of all, at the meeting, it is planned to consider the issue of dividing the land plot of the company with a total area of 5.5 hectares into two independent units - 3 and 2.5 hectares. And then to transfer one of these plots.

    Besides, the shareholders will decide on the counting commission approval.
