MBank shares sold for nearly 1 million KGS on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange

Today, April 28, transactions involving MBank ordinary shares took place on the secondary market of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. The total value of the transactions amounted to 943,952 KGS.

All transactions were concluded at a fixed price of 8 soms per share, which is 60% higher than the initial offering price (5 KGS).

As a result of the trading, 117,994 shares were sold, while the bank has more than 1.7 billion securities in circulation.

The maximum number of shares sold in a single transaction was 48,792 shares for 390,300 KGS, and the minimum was 135 shares for just over 1,000 KGS.
