04/05/2025, 12:00In Kyrgyzstan, 5 thousand 607 farmers united in agricultural co-operatives will receive state funding totalling 723 million 65 thousand soms. This is reported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The largest number of recipients is in Naryn Oblast, where 1 thousand 948 farmers from 303 co-operatives will receive 251.8 million KGS. In Issyk-Kul region, state support will be provided to 1 thousand 937 farmers from 306 co-operatives, the total amount will be 249.9 million KGS. In Talas oblast, 1 thousand 722 farmers united in 311 co-operatives will receive financing in the amount of 221.35 million soms.
All co-operatives were formed with the participation of dairy producers. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, 920 groups of borrowers were created, and repayment of previously disbursed funds was 100%, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the approach and high financial discipline in the agricultural sector.
