The Director of the Kara-Suu branch of "Cadastre" has been detained on suspicion of corruption

The director of the Kara-Suu branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy and Cartography was detained in Osh region. This is reported by the SCNB.

According to the investigation, the detained official abused his position by colluding with unidentified individuals.

"He made changes to the general plan of the Achinsky area, resulting in land plots initially designated for social infrastructure and agricultural purposes being illegally reclassified for individual housing construction (IHC) and transferred to private ownership," - the SCNS stated.

In addition to the director's detention, 11 employees of the Kara-Suu branch of the State Agency for Land Resources have been dismissed as part of this case. Investigative measures are currently underway to identify all individuals involved in the crime and determine the full extent of the damage caused.
