The “Ayu” Health Complex in Sokuluk district has been valued at 267.6 million KGS

The SCNS has returned the Ayu Physical Training and Recreation Complex in the Sokuluk district to state ownership. The Complex, previously on the balance sheet of a structural subdivision of Ayu Holding, occupies a land plot of 2223.45 square metres, its market value is estimated at 267.6 million KGS.

On the place of the complex there used to be a swimming pool, which was reconstructed into a health centre in 2010. As a result of the actions taken, the founders of the holding company voluntarily transferred the facility to the balance of the state.

The SCNS continues to work on returning illegally privatised industrial and social facilities to state ownership.
