As of January 1, 2025, the perimeter of subsidiary assets includes two companies: Alfa Telecom CJSC and State Leasing Company (GLC).
Alfa Telecom CJSC, wholly owned by the state through Gosbank, has strengthened its position as one of the leaders in the Kyrgyz telecommunications market in terms of the number of subscribers, network coverage, and the number of base stations. Over the past two years, the MEGA network infrastructure has expanded significantly and now covers over 99% of the country's populated territory, including hard-to-reach regions.
GLK was established in April 2024 with a charter capital of 1 billion soms to expand the range of financing instruments for investment projects. At the end of its first full year of operation, the company showed steady growth, exceeding its targets and turning a profit. GLK is actively building partnerships with suppliers and lessees, signing agreements with leading foreign manufacturers. In 2024, priority was given to supporting state and municipal structures — the company's clients include city councils, local authorities, and state-owned enterprises.
