“FinanceCreditBank” will hold an extraordinary shareholder meeting

“FinansCreditBank” announced an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on October 29, 2024. The list of security holders eligible to participate in the meeting will include shareholders registered before October 8, 2024.

First of all, the shareholders will have to approve the composition of the counting commission.

Then the report on the results of the additional issue, conducted to increase the number of circulating shares of the bank, will be considered. Finally, it is planned to discuss and amend the OJSC “FinansCreditBank” Charter.
