SAUGI created Ala-Archa OJSC to lease out state-owned property

A new enterprise established to manage and lease state property has been registered in Kyrgyzstan. The SAUGI established the Ala-Archa Open Joint Stock Company, the main task of which will be to lease out real estate.

The company was officially registered the day before, April 23. And already today, April 24, it entered the stock market.

In particular, 1 million 750 thousand common shares of Ala-Archa OJSC were placed at the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. At the price of 1 thousand KGS per share, and the total amount of the transaction amounted to 1.75 billion KGS.

The company is registered in Leninsky district. Sultan Omurov was appointed as the head of the company.
