The SCNS reported that the hotel complex “Osh-Nuru”, located in the city of Osh, was returned to the balance of the state. The complex, including a land plot of 0.8 hectares, was transferred to the State Agency for State Property Management.

The return of the hotel was the result of investigative and operational activities, which were carried out within the framework of the criminal case on the fact of legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime, as well as financing the activities of organized criminal groups. The estimated value of the Osh-Nuru hotel complex exceeds $18 million.

“The SCNS continues operational activities aimed at identifying other objects obtained illegally, including the facts of illegal privatization of state property”, - recalled in the SCNS.
