Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC will hold an annual general meeting of shareholders on April 11, 2025, where key issues of financial and economic activities of the company for 2024 will be considered.

One of the important items on the agenda will be reimbursement of funds in the amount of 66 mln 185.88 thousand KGS at the expense of dividends. This issue directly concerns the shareholders, as it directly affects the distribution of the company's profit.

It should be noted that 99% of shares are owned by SAUGI and 1% by the Ministry of Finance.

The meeting will also hear reports of the Management Board, Board of Directors and Audit Commission, consider the results of the independent audit and discuss the procedure of profit distribution for 2024. Other issues include approval of the annual budget and key performance indicators for 2025, as well as revision of the composition of the Board of Directors and the Audit Commission.

In addition, shareholders will discuss the increase in the number of circulating shares and amendments to the Charter of the company, which may affect the capital structure of Kyrgyzaltyn.

It should be noted that at the moment the company's statements for the first half of 2024 are available at the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. According to these data, the net profit of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC amounted to 3.5 billion KGS, which is 1.7 times less than for the same period of 2023 (5.9 billion KGS).

At the same time, speaking in December 2024 at the meeting of the Committee of Jogorku Kenesh on fuel and energy complex, subsoil use and industrial policy, the Chairman of the Board of “Kyrgyzaltyn” Kubat Abdraimov said that at the end of ten months of 2024, the net profit of the company reached 13.95 billion KGS, of which 12.65 billion KGS was accounted for the dividends of “Kumtor Gold Company”.
