The funds will be used for priority reforms: regional development, health care, energy, access to water, education and support for small businesses.
Key projects include construction of power lines and substations in Issyk-Kul region, modernization of health care, introduction of emergency response mechanisms and a water supply program for 126 villages. Sustainable financial markets are also being developed, with a focus on green lending and support for SMEs.
Kasymaliyev said the agreements reaffirm Kyrgyzstan's commitment to reform and sustainable growth: “These are investments not only in infrastructure, but also in the quality of life of our citizens,” he said. The financing also covers inclusive education and agricultural mechanization, laying the groundwork for the country's comprehensive development.
