The Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan Ravshanbek Sabirov met with the UAE Deputy Minister of Human Resources Development Ahmad Al Nasser in Bishkek. The main topic of the talks was cooperation in the field of labor migration and employment.

Sabirov expressed gratitude for the opportunity for dialogue and emphasized the importance of partnership with the UAE. He noted that under the leadership of the President of Kyrgyzstan, special attention is paid to strengthening bilateral cooperation.

The main issue of the discussion was employment of Kyrgyz citizens in the UAE. The Minister proposed to strengthen cooperation in organized employment through a bilateral agreement, as well as cooperation with UAE companies through the Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad. It was proposed to introduce pre-training and advanced training programs for Kyrgyz citizens to meet the requirements of the UAE labor market.

Ahmad Al Nasser expressed readiness to support states with close culture. He said that Kyrgyzstan will be invited to the upcoming labor market summit in the UAE and emphasized the transparency and accessibility of the cooperation policy.
