A land plot in Jeti-Oguz district was returned to the balance of the state

The State Committee for National Security continues to work on revealing land plots illegally transferred to private ownership and returning them to state ownership.

As part of this work, a land plot measuring 6.60 hectares with a warehouse with an area of 18 square metres, originally on the balance sheet of the secondary school ‘Sart Ake’ in the village of Kyzyl-Suu in Jeti-Oguz district, was returned to state ownership.

It was established that the land plot in question was illegally transferred into private ownership in 2004. At the same time, the current owner, realising the illegality of his possession of the property, voluntarily transferred the land plot to the balance of Kyzyl-Suu aiyl okmotu.

Similarly, on the site ‘Uch-Karabulun’ of Kyzyl-Suu aiyl aimak of Jeti-Oguz district, on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, a land plot measuring 2 hectares and designated for agriculture, on which construction works for tourism were carried out, was returned to state ownership.
Realising the illegality of ownership of the land plot and its improper use, the actual owners voluntarily transferred 2 hectares of land to the balance of the state.
