04/03/2025, 17:56The Service for Land and Water Supervision under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry revealed violations during an inspection of Uzun-Kyr aiyl okmotu of Issyk-Ata district of Chui oblast.
In particular, about ten illegal constructions were found on the land plots of the 293rd contour and at the beginning of the 323rd contour, leased from the state fund of agricultural land for growing raspberries.
Despite an order issued to eliminate the violations, it was not fulfilled.
As a result, a fine of 39 thousand KGS was imposed in accordance with the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ‘On Offences’. Materials on this fact will be transferred to law enforcement authorities.
