04/30/2025, 13:59Following the 105th meeting of the CIS Economic Council in Tashkent, a number of decisions were signed aimed at further strengthening economic cooperation within the Commonwealth.
For example, documents were signed on a set of measures to attract mutual investment and stimulate development within the CIS for the period up to 2030, on a draft concept for harmonising the national air traffic management systems of the CIS member states, on a draft concept for cooperation between the CIS member states in the field of public health, a concept for the development of cooperation in light industry among the CIS member states and an action plan for its implementation.
In addition, decisions were signed on a draft agreement on cooperation in the development of heavy machinery manufacturing among the CIS member states, on the activities of the antimonopoly bodies of the CIS member states in certain markets for socially significant goods in the current conditions, on the implementation of the protocol on the exchange of information in electronic form between the CIS member states for the purposes of tax administration dated 2 November 2018.
A decision was also signed on the results of documentary checks carried out in 2024 on the financial and economic activities of the Commonwealth bodies financed from the unified budget of the CIS bodies.
The meeting was attended by First Deputy Prime Minister Daniyar Amangeldiyev.
